My personal library lives within my home business, Grecian Needle, where I sew clothes and do alterations. It began with the book Pattern Cutting and Making Up: The Professional Approach by Dr. Martin Shoben and Janet P. Ward. This was my textbook at the London Centre for Fashion Studies (now part of Northumbria University), where Dr. Shoben was my teacher. His expertise as a pattern cutter and lecturer in many countries inspired me to learn and perfect my craft.
